Drinking salad with environmental protection concept
Allklear was established in December 2018 and is headquartered in Wan Chai . It focuses on green food that combines nature and technology. Its flagship product, Allklear, a new high-fiber salad, was officially launched on the market last year. It is extracted from 12 kinds of natural materials, such as moringa leaves, spinach and wheat fiber, green tea, spirulina, etc. It is said that one packet is equivalent to the nutrition and fiber content of 5 bowls of salad to relieve dietary imbalance, weight stress and gastrointestinal problems.
According to information on the official website , this new salad is made using freeze-drying technology. By freezing vegetables to minus 40 degrees Celsius, the water contained in them is quickly frozen into solid ice, and a 20 Pascal vacuum chamber is used. The solid ice is sublimated into gaseous water vapor, and the residual moisture is removed through a temperature-raising drying process for more than 48 hours. The fibers are then blow-molded into powders of different thicknesses and sizes using a spray gun.
Allklear has spent 10 years researching and developing new salad recipes and producing them in GMP factories in Hong Kong. It transforms traditional edible salads into new salad drinks, ready to drink, to cater to the needs of today's office workers. Xie Jiayi, the last Miss Hong Kong champion, is optimistic about the new salad market and has invested more than one million yuan in private investment. This is also her first investment project. She also serves as the chief brand officer to promote the concept of future healthy food.

In addition, the materials are derived from nature and do not contain medicinal ingredients, which is environmentally friendly. Being vegan and reducing carbon emissions is consistent with the life philosophy I pursue, so this collaboration was quickly facilitated.”
Will expand overseas and hope to go public within 4 years
Ou Xiaofeng, Chief Marketing Officer of Allklear Group, pointed out that the green food market is huge, and its drinking salad products are in line with urban people's mentality of pursuing fast and convenient. In the future, more products with different functions and flavors will be launched, such as high protein, high calcium, and raw materials. Keto and other new salad recipes, the products have been put on its official website, HKTVmall, Ztore, Alibaba ( 09988 )'s Tmall and other online shopping platforms, and can also be purchased in physical stores such as Watsons and city'super. Its high-fiber new salad currently has an average monthly sales of more than several million yuan, and has been recommended by about 2,000 artists and Internet celebrities, with a cumulative online exposure of more than 2 billion.
The company officially entered mainland China this year. Ou Xiaofeng expects to expand overseas markets by the end of the year, with English-speaking countries as his first choice, such as Europe, the United States, Australia, Canada and Singapore. This financing will help it accelerate its expansion into overseas markets, targeting annual sales of NT$1 billion, and plans to be listed in Hong Kong within four years. The company team has about 50 employees located in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan, and has already broken even two years after its establishment.
